dr. kristin johannsen

Dr. Johannsen started her educational journey by graduating cum laude from Boston University where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. She attended dental school at the University of Southern California where she discovered her ability to connect with children and establish a trust to guide them through treatment. She then completed a 2-year residency in pediatric dentistry and received a Master of Science in Dentistry at the University of Washington and Children's Hospital in Seattle. Dr. Johannsen enjoys running, cooking/baking and spending time with her family.

dr. anne reeves

Dr. Reeves graduated with honors from UC California Davis where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Nutrition. She continued her education at the University of Washington and received a Master of Public Health which focused on improving the oral health of children and families. She attended dental school at UCLA and her experiences there reinforced her passion for working with children and adolescents. Dr. Reeves then completed a two-year post-doctoral residency in pediatric dentistry at the University of Washington, where she also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Reeves is currently on staff at Seattle Children's Hospital caring for children with complex medical and behavioral conditions. She is Board Certified by the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. In her spare time, Dr. Reeves enjoys stand up paddle boarding, cooking (and eating), and spending time with her family.

dr. jeff marks

Dr. Marks is on the surgical staff at Seattle Children's Hospital and teaches at the University of Washington. He spends a few weeks each year providing medical and dental care (and animal balloons) to children in Nepal, Tanzania, Guatemala, Haiti and Alaska. Dr. Marks enjoys mountaineering, sea kayaking and traveling with his family.
